Are you sick of food thoughts controlling your life?
Everyday I speak with clients who are ready to get off the dieting rollercoaster and learn to appreciate their body, they just do not know where to start. The journey to healing your relationship with food and your body starts with breaking down your old beliefs and evaluating where they originate. Next we have to learn to listen to the body and trust what it is saying. Diet culture causes us to ignore the hunger and fullness signals that make institutive eating possible. Finally, we have to learn to tolerate our bodies and show them compassion as we rebuild a loving relationship for our hardworking, unique bodies.
Ready to do this thing? I am here to help!
